I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse your commission if I'm not comfortable with what you are requesting or for other reasons such as unforeseen problems or communication and/or understanding problems from both parts.Please do not take it personally if I decline your commission.

• Dark, horror and gore themes I DO NOT ACCEPT • Complicated backgrounds
• Robots/mecha

• Complex architecture
• Sexual themes with copyrighted characters
• Pedophilia, zoophilia and things like that are an ABSOLUTE NO.

HOW TO ORDER
• I usually create a google form which will remain open for an limited time or until all slots are filled, in which will appear all the types of commissions I accept at that time.
In this form you will be able to choose the type of commission you want, how much of the character will be shown (bust, half body or fullbody), explain me your idea and share the necessary references.• Commissions will not be “first come, first served”, so take the time to think about what you would like your commission to look like and fill out the form.• References and description of the idea must be clear and concise (I accept refs, images, photos, etc) any additional information must be brief, simple and related to the assignment.
PAYMENT
• Payment will be made IN ADVANCE via PayPal in (EUR), the work will start after I have received the payment. (I DO NOT DO INVOICES)• Extra characters cost +75% of the base price.• Prices shown may vary depending on the complexity and difficulty of the order, for example due to:-Complex character designs
-Complex costumes
-Complex details or ideas
-Complex weapons or armor
-Other things that can make the process difficult
PROCESS
• Once started, I will send sketches of the progress for approval. After that, I'll continue to send WIPs at different stages like lineart and coloring.• All changes and corrections will be made in the sketch phase, while working on the lineart only minor corrections will be accepted. Any major changes will come with an extra charge.
(My own errors will be corrected at any stage free of charge)• The final piece will be a full resolution image with at least 3000 px on one side (2000 px in the case of busts) and with a small watermark on one side of the image.
REFUND
• If you want a refund, the refunded amount will vary depending on the stage of the commission:-If the work has not yet started, you will get 100% of the original payment.
-If the cancellation is made during the sketch stage, you will get 60% of the original payment.
-If the work is finished, NO refund is possible.
RULES
• You must over 18 years old to commission me.• I reserve all rights to my art, so I can upload it to all my galleries, stream it or use the work to promote myself in any way without profit.
(In case you do not want your commission to be uploaded to social networks you must ask beforehand).• The client will be able to upload the artwork to their galleries with proper credit to me, as well as use it as wallpaper, avatar, etc. or print it as long as it is for PERSONAL use.• You CAN NOT claim the artwork as your own or remove the watermark.• You may not profit from the commissioned artwork or its use (in digital or physical format). •YOU CANNOT SELL/CONVERT THE ARTWORK INTO AN NFT. IF I SEE SUCH A THING, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED. •YOU CANNOT USE MY ART IN IAs. IF I SEE SUCH A THING, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED.
